The system allows for the ordering of works against a contractors 'schedule of rates', although work items may also be entered and/or priced on an ad-hoc, day rate or quotation basis where necessary. The costs associated with these works can be allocated against the appropriate tree budgets to give you immediate feedback as to the current financial position, allowing for better planning and management of the tree works ordering process.
Orders can be automatically assigned and emailed to your contractor, and ezytreev also includes a customisable Tree Works Order form, to ease your administration.
