ezytreev Training Credit Scheme
The ezytreev purchase price includes 1 day basic installation & training, but will also allocate your organisation with a training credit balance for future training entitlement.
On-going ezytreev support is also available during office hours through a Software Maintenance Contract, with remote access to your data via secure VPN connection, allowing for prompt resolution of queries. Renewing your support contracts annually adds additional training credits to your balance, as does the purchase of 'add-on' ezytreev modules ensuring you always have access to the training system.
Credits will never expire giving you greater flexibility to participate in training courses as and when you need them. Training can be customised to suit different levels of users and can target specific modules and mapping systems.

On-site Training at ra (Chesterfield) or Another ra Provided Venue
Our full and half day ezytreev training courses, held in our bespoke training facility at Chesterfield or another ra provided venue, are the ideal opportunity for you to come and improve your knowledge or to introduce new employees to the system. The sessions can cater for up to 8 users at a time, with hands on training, using your own data, in a flexible group setup.

Training at Your Centre
We can also arrange for our full-day, class room style training courses to take place at any of your premises. This is an excellent method for training unlimited users at once, using a focused training routine and your own data.

Online Training Now Available
Our online training sessions are delivered in blocks of 1 - 2 hours and are excellent for brushing up on your skills or introducing a new user to the system. We can offer refresher sessions as one-to-one or even multiple participants, via Netviewer Online Meeting. All that is needed is a computer with an Internet connection and either a VoIP (Skype) headset or a landline phone.
