What?
EzyTreev is a fast & efficient integrated suite of programs providing a complete map-based tree data management system. It is suitable for any organisation responsible for the maintenance of trees and integrates with existing systems, e.g. GIS, Microsoft Office, Call-centre Systems, Planning systems, Internet access, Public Access terminals, GPS & other on-site equipment, etc.

We provide on-going enhancements based on feed-back from our existing user-base. EzyTreev is maintained & supported by an established computer software development company. What can it do?
Ezytreev can build up a complete tree inventory, inspection history & tree management system. It can utilise existing tree data and maps and automate tree survey data collection. EzyTreev is able to record public enquiries & relate to trees, automate site visit reports, generate works orders - planned & ad-hoc, manage tree work budgets and manage TPO and other protected trees.

How much does EzyTreev cost and will support be included?

Cost

Support
12 month telephone support is provided when you purchase the EzyTreev system. Basic installation is also included, varying from software installation prior to shipment for the hand-held computers, to 5 days on-site installation & initial training for 'complete' systems.

What is included in the maintenance cover?

Included in the maintenance of the EzyTreev system are updates to new versions of software as and when they are issued. Extended warranty is also available after the initial 12 month period.

Extra days training are also included; the amount of days available are determined by the number of users and modules purchased.

Can EzyTreev be used with an existing GIS system and can existing tree data be captured?

GIS system
Yes! EzyTreev has been designed in conjunction with EzyMaps providing the user with a complete tree management system with greater flexibility and interaction. However, it is still possible for EzyTreev to be linked to the majority of GIS systems through various options.

If you are a MapInfo or ArcView user, we are able to offer direct embedded GIS mapping into the EzyTreev program, allowing the maximum familiarity and compatibility with existing corporate software

Tree data
Our technical expertise allows us to guarantee that any existing computerised tree data can be captured and utilised by EzyTreev.

Can EzyTreev be tailored to suit my organisation requirements?

The system provides a 'modular' approach to the management of trees, therefore, enabling flexibility and customisation.

Can I generate a full tree history report for a tree that has become involved in an insurance claim?

EzyTreev allows for a simple entry of a tree code into the analysis and reporting tool, as a result a full printed report is automatically generated, including full details of previous inspections along with any relevant photographs, any tree-work that has been carried out by whom, along with current recommendations and the next inspection due date . A map featuring the tree can automatically be produced from the same screen, without the need to jump from one part of the system to another, Also, from the Tree Details screen, associated enquires can be viewed and printed.
